Emulator Shop provides digital packages for emulator games through Ko-fi payment platform. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To purchase packages, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

- âĸ All activities that occur under your account
- âĸ Using the same email address for Ko-fi payments and account login
- âĸ Keeping your Game ID accurate and up to date
đŗ 4. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed through Ko-fi. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- â Provide accurate payment information
- â Use the same email for your account and Ko-fi payment
- â Prices are in $ and may change without notice
- â All sales are final - no refunds unless legally required
đ 5. Package Activation
After purchase, packages are automatically activated when:
- 1. Your Ko-fi email matches your account email
- 2. Your Game ID is linked to your account
- 3. You restart your game after purchase

You may NOT use our services to:
- â Share or resell purchased packages
- â Use multiple accounts to claim the same purchase
- â Reverse engineer or modify our digital content
- â Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services
- â Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality on Emulator Shop are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchased packages grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital content.

Emulator Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:
